Hi everybody, my name is Dylan. Thank you for visiting my Tokyo yoga class schedule.
I invite you to come and discover why my cutting-edge and powerful yoga program, Slow Power Yoga, yields results more quickly than other methods. Designed to deepen your practice, the continuous yoga flow emphasizes transitioning slowly in and out of essential poses to sculpt a defined, stronger body.

Community Hall Classes:
- 2,000 yen (1,000 yen for students)
Studio Classes:
BRING
- Yoga mat (required for community hall classes only)
- Yoga wear (t-shirt + shorts are ok)
- Water
- Small towel
- Change of clothes (community halls and Lotus8 have no showers, IBS Yokohama has showers)
